Commando
Challenge - the event.
See Financial are proud to sponsor "Team 6 Pack" for the 2007
Royal Marines Commando Challenge, a team entered by
Southwest One. The charity event takes
place every October and is organised by the Royal Marines and
the Gemini charitable trust. The gruelling event with a 7 mile course has the
competitors running 2 miles to the commando training ground on
Woodbury Common, then tackling 12 obstacles cross country over a
further 3 miles, and finally running 2 miles to the finish at Bicton
arena. The event raises money for children's
charities and organisations throughout the Southwest of England.

Challenge - the results.
The event this year is set to raise over £200,000 for local charities
with "Team 6 Pack's" contribution being the highest by far in
their event. The team achieved a respectable 21st spot out of
130 teams in the mens competition.
