Most of us buy insurance to protect our possessions, such as our house contents, car and even our favourite dog or cat from loss as a result of such occurrences as theft and fire.

We should also be protecting our income to provide for those dependent on it or to cover general living expenses if our income ceases through death, sickness or redundancy. 

Types of insurance include term assurance, whole of life assurance, income protection insurance, critical illness insurance, accident, sickness and unemployment insurance.

For accident sickness and unemployment cover we usually offer products from a selected panel of providers / single provider.

The type of life insurance or protection policy, and amount of cover will vary from client to client. The type of insurance will depend on an individual's particular circumstances and requirements. The factors which affect needs include age, dependants, level of  income financial liabilities.

Term Assurance.
Term assurance provides cover for a fixed term with the sum assured payable only on death. There are no investment benefits or payments on survival. more >>

Whole of life Assurance.
As the name implies, whole of life assurance policies give you protection for life. Unlike term assurance that only pays out if you die during the term of the policy, a whole of life assurance policy always pays out eventually. more >>

Income Protection Insurance.
Income protection policies provide an income that starts after a deferred period of your choice if you are unable to work through sickness or injury. These types of policy usually have a fixed term to retirement age 60 or 65. more >>

Accident and Sickness Insurance.
These plans are general insurance products offered on an annual basis. This means an insurer has the right to refuse to renew or can increase premiums in the event of a change of circumstances or adverse claims experience. more >>

Private Medical Insurance.
Private medical insurance policies pay for the cost of medical treatment both as an in patient and out patient if you want private medical care. The cover may include: consultants’ fees; surgeons’ and anaesthetists’ fees, nursing, private ambulance and room charges. more >>
